Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026

HomSerAI LLC provides software for home-service businesses. This policy explains how we handle information through our website and service. Contact support@homserai.com with privacy questions.

Information we collect

We collect account and business details you provide, including names, email addresses, business information, team membership, and preferences. Businesses using HomSerAI may upload customer contact details, service addresses, job notes, photos, videos, estimates, invoices, and payment records. We process communication content and metadata when email, calling, texting, or related integrations are enabled. Enabled recording and transcription features may process audio and transcripts.

We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser information, authentication activity, errors, and usage. Payment processors handle payment-card entry; we may receive customer identifiers, transaction results, and payment-method references rather than full card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to operate accounts, organize business records, deliver communications, provide requested AI assistance, manage subscriptions, support users, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. The business controls its customer records and enabled communication rules. AI features can process relevant message, call, or job information to extract details, summarize content, or prepare drafts. Review important AI output before using it.

Connected email and Google user data

When you authorize a connected mailbox, we access the permissions you grant to send messages and, where enabled, read and synchronize messages, identify service inquiries, preserve customer history, and prepare replies. Authorization tokens are stored to maintain the connection. You can disconnect your mailbox or revoke authorization through the provider; that does not automatically delete history already saved in HomSerAI.

HomSerAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising targeting, or used to train generalized AI models. Transfers for user-facing features, including enabled AI assistance, are limited to what is needed to provide those features with user authorization. Human access is limited to authorized support, security, legal purposes, or other permitted circumstances.

Service providers and sharing

We use providers for hosting, storage, authentication, communications, AI processing, and payments. Depending on the feature and configuration, these may include Cloudflare, Supabase, OpenAI, Twilio, Resend, Stripe, Square, Google, and Microsoft. Relevant information is processed by providers to deliver the enabled service; their own terms and privacy notices also apply. We do not sell personal information.

Information may be shared with authorized members of your company, with parties you direct us to communicate with, when required by law, or to protect users and the service. Any transfer of Google user data remains subject to Google's Limited Use requirements.

Cookies, storage, and security

We use browser storage and essential cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, connection security, preferences, and app operation. We use HTTPS, access controls, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee complete security. Keep your credentials secure and grant employees only the access they need.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain business history, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect against fraud. Request access, correction, export, or deletion through our data-request page. We verify identity and authority before acting. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons; backup copies, where maintained, may remain until replaced under the applicable backup cycle.

If your information belongs to a business that uses HomSerAI, contact that business first about its customer records. You may also contact us so we can route your request appropriately. Disconnect integrations and change notification preferences when you no longer want them used.

Children and international processing

HomSerAI is intended for adult business users and is not directed to children under 13. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will identify the effective date and provide notice of material changes when required. Contact HomSerAI LLC at support@homserai.com.
